Feature Spotlight: Using reviews to get more clients
It hasn't been that long since our last development update, as we released the Activity Log last week. Our progress with the First Era has been right on track, as we have implemented 10 out of a total of 15 features.

However, as we are building this new era of development for HYVE, with lots of groundbreaking features implemented on an almost bi-weekly basis, it's important not to forget of previous functionalities that we have already embedded in our platform.
Today we're spotlighting one important feature we have implemented during the past year: Freelancer Reviews.

Our review system is designed to be comprehensive yet user-friendly: clients are encouraged to rate freelancers on a scale from 1 to 5, across parameters such as availability, skills, quality of work, communication and overall satisfaction. These categories help create a well-rounded view of a freelancer’s performance, offering potential clients a clear understanding of what to expect.
Additionally, clients can also leave detailed comments, providing context to their ratings and specific insights into the freelancer's performance. If there are any discrepancies or misunderstandings, freelancers have the opportunity to address them, fostering an environment of open communication and trust.

HYVE's Review feature is your opportunity to shine in the competitive web3 freelancing landscape - it's a platform that allows your exceptional work to speak for itself, showcasing your skills, reliability, and professionalism to potential clients!
With the implementation of the User Directory, each user has its very own profile card. One of the key standouts of each profile card is their rating, displayed based on the cumulative ratings of each review. Upon clicking the individual profile card, you will be taken a user's page, where you can see a more detailed version of their reviews, as exemplified in the previous picture.

We encourage you to actively seek reviews upon completing projects. Engage with your clients, address any concerns promptly, and use positive feedback to highlight your strengths in your profile and pitches.
The Review feature fosters transparency and trust between you and potential clients. When clients see a history of positive interactions and constructive responses to feedback, they are more likely to feel confident in their decision to hire you.
